I have a '99 Z24 Spoiler I don't think has ever been installed. It's been sanded down and has the installing blueprints.

Draw-Tite Receiver Hitch for third Gen Cavalier. Will not fit Z24 or LS Sport without modification to the bumper. It is pretty well hidden under the car and will work good for Bike Rack or small trailer. Shipping might be difficult, but we can figure something out.
