voltage gage install

I am getting ready to install a voltage meter, but the only problem that i have is that i bought it from a friend of mine and i think i am missing something. So i am going to post some pics and let ya'll tell me if i am missing something.

I believe the two wires already on the gauge are for the light. So one goes to ground, and the other goes to a power source that comes on when you want.

Then the two smaller brass studs, one goes to power and the other to ground.

Edit: I tried emailing you but it got sent back. I'll have everything tuesday. So give me call then.

White and black wires = power and ground for the back light.

The brass studs are for mounting the gauge.

The silver studs are where you will hook power and ground for the gauge.

(Macro mode for close up shots works wonders )

ok i understand that about the black and white wires but there are three smaller studs you said two are for power and ground but what about the third and were is the ground thanks for the info.

What brand gauge is it?

Kind of looks either like Autometer or Equus
