im looking for an isuzu transmission shell for a 96 2.2, anyone happen to have a old broken trans laying around that they are willing to part with. i really just need the shell not all the gears n junk if that makes sense.

i believe the bell housings are different between the 2.2 and the 2.4 isuzu. the housings should be the same. all i need is the housing, my trans gears are still good i just need the center section of it.

so even if the trans is broken i can use them as long as the outside of it is good.

hopefully somebody else can chime in with the differences in the 2.2 and 2.4 trans to confirm if i can use the parts from it.

ya im not sure i would assume it would be the same..bell housing atleast but just let me know..
