On the way home, I saw a black late 90's cav with what looked like an SS ram air hood, some rims, and personalized license plates....didn't get a chance to see the driver. Anyone know who it is? yeah i remeber u brian not bad of a night for u at the track i think that u will have a better time if u get some drag radials with the ur car cause ur runnin 18 in. tires and a heavy rim u know so ur gonna either get wheel hop real bad or it gonna run crappy u know. just keep at and keep practicing u will get better at it.


hey turbo i think that it would be cool if we meet up somewhere and got to know u and then who knows what could happen with the club u know. so we will definetly have to meet and kick it u know.

Hey Turbo....I checked out the fenders you got, pretty nice. I got my Haas turbo. What a nice and complete kit. I am thinking about doing the install myself. It's a tough call. I know I can do it....but do I want to. Anyway you wil have to check it out. Later

If you do decide to do it yourself...you are a braver man than I...I'm not going to do anything like that to my engine because I don't know enough to be able to do it. Yeah..I do wanna see the turbo though....just let me know the next time you're gonna be around my area. Talk to ya later. <br>

sorry i havent posted in a while guys. so brian thats sweet yer gonna be boosting. how many psi u thinking of running? i am thinking about a 2.4 swap in my cav pretty soon and i am gonna turn it into an automatic sleeper. cause swapping to stick is way to hard and too much work. hey the next mm is in feb. so i will definatley be there.

anyone ever seen the orange cavy with the wing thats me i want to meet up and i have a custom turbo kit i need help installing anyone good with welding and pipe bending and no about turbos and could help me if i buy all the parts

Hey Anthony, welcome, have'nt seen you around. I live in Henderson, but am all over vegas. Yeah, I just got my turbo kit from HAAS. I am probably gonna take my time and do the install myself, just kinda hesitant though. Maybe we can hook up. Do you ever go to midnite mayhem at the drag strip? Well I guess I will start my install this next week. Been checking to make sure I have everything on the needed tools list. Now that the rain is gone and the weather will be jumping into the upper 60's it should be nice. Maybe we can hook up next week. Before I start. Hopefully it will run again.

Hey everybody...I'm still here. I've been reading what y'all have been saying, but I can't login to the JBO at work. I get those "reply emails". I suggest moving this conversation to either www.clubcav.com or www.teamjbody.org. That way I can actually reply to y'all when I'm at work. Anyways...first of all Brian, congrats on the turbo. Brett, hope everything goes well if you do decide to do the engine swap. Anthony, no I don't think I have seen your cavy yet. For all of the people that I haven't talked to, I live somewhat close to Nellis AFB, I drive a Blue 03 Cavy w/ yellow Z3 fenders...lol. Looking to get the Bomex bodykit here pretty soon. If y'all do decide to meet up sometime this coming week (I'll try and get a hold of Dave), my days off are Sunday, Monday, and Wednesday...after that I go back onto the night shift (yet again). hey guys midnight mayhem is in 18 days!!!!!!! i cant wait. i hope to see you guys there it is on the 25th of this month. it is the season opener. hey brian did you get yer turbo in yet? and have u headed down to the dyno? hit me up let me know.

Hey Brett, The turbo is on the car along with the intercooler and all the additional injectors and stuff. Hooking up all my gauges and all the electrical for the EIC. I still have to drop my fuel tank and install the upgraded fuel pump. This has been quite a project but a real learning experience and I really am getting to know the ecotec. I really hope to have this done for mayhem. I am having a few fitment issues with the intercooler piping on the passengers side though. Hopefully it will all work itself out. See you all soon.

sup guys! ight If you have seen a flat black cavy with a molded kit ( in henderson and sometimes around durango) then you have seen me. just wanted to say sup! lol also I for sure am starting my turbo project in april, well i'll atleast be buying everything then and putting it together after the school year. I have about 3 G's saved up so i hope to be runnen low low 14's . SO if you guys ever need any help with the engine hit me up on aim. I'm always doen somthen to the cavi.

Matt, I think I saw you once at CCSN Henderson. It looked like a primered molded cavy with a silver/black aluminum wing. Is that yours? It was about a month ago, maybe when semester started. or a week after. The car was leaving, but this one went the opposite direction I was going so didnt bother to chase after it, or you if it's your car,

naw I dont have a wing but I have rolled down to that campus before. I have a sticker on my car that says d-force so you cant miss me. Im also going to be lowering my car this weekend if anybody can give me some tips that would be greatly appriciated.
