OK here goes with the socal meet idea.
You guys pick the day.
Any day of the week is ok to go to this place. you don't need a reservation you can just roll in whenever. i think it is like $6 a car. the place is open from 6am to 8pm. we can all meet early afternoon then hang out and grub. then when the place closes we can all cruise the surrounding cities and show off.
The location i am suggesting is called Santa Fe Dam recreation area. It is like 5 minutes south of where the 210 and 605 fwys meet at 15501E. Arrow Hwy. in Irwindale, CA.

i say we go for may 14-15. That gives some people time to plan for it. btw, what is this place you are talking about? what goes on?
May 14th I'll either be at Fontana or Palmdale racing. If it was the 15th I doubt I'd make 2 trips up to Northern LA in the same weekend.
Palmdale sucks.
Anyways, there is a park near my house. $2. per car to get in I believe. It's more centrally located for those in san diego. It would save you another hour.

I am gonna be brutally honest,
I have a messed up family situation and we dont celebrate mothers day
that is why i dont give it much gray matter.
So are we agreed on this sunday May 1st?
may 1st is a go with me. In fact, id urge everyone to try and make it the 1st..thats the only real day i know ive got off.
