The main dam in Williams(my home town) Over flowed and they had to evacuate people from their homes. Water was going over bridges/streets b/c of all the water.

well it did work a little better then throwing people off... everyone still got wet from the water that rushed on board lol... was also funny seeing like 5 people run from the front of the boat to the back <br>
