Hello Denver...
Tuesday, February 22, 2005 5:15 PM
I've been in town since Friday night. Here on business as well as some personal. Happened to schedule some training for work here but also my parents moved out here in November so I am visiting them. So what's there to do? I have class through Thursday and I am flying home Sunday morning. I basicly have all Friday to kill while my parents are at work. I've been to Boulder, been up to Estes Park... Any suggestions?

Not very many modified cars around here, J-body or otherwise...

There are modded cars around here, most people put them away for the winter though.

There hasn't been much going on lately.

I will be in Denver hitting up some junkyards this weekend and if you want to meet and have lunch at Hooters or something let me know.
I am sure a few others will probably chime in here as well.

Tonight at the Hamburger Stand on 1st and Union, if the weather permits, there might be some sweet cars there...

Other then that, Id be done for meeting for some lunch this weekend. Unfortunately, Ill be working all day friday.

Not sure if you are into the club scene or what not, but If you are, Id suggest "The Church" on Fri or Saturday night, or "The Arena" tonight. I have pool league tonight, if you want to come grab a beer or something, you can give me a buzz....303-478-5113. Its off Hampden and Broadway.

What area are you staying at. If you got all day friday to kill, whynot go boarding or skiing?

Well, I'm home now. I'm totaly jealous of the winters you guys have. It was in the 50's and sunny the whole time I was there. Got home last night and it was about 25 with 4 inches of snow on the ground... We won't see the sun here for a couple more months.

No. I was foolish and didn't think of posting anything until I was already there. I should have posted something a week or two before I went out there. Never claimed to be the brightest bulb...
