Looking for a room-mate. (Phoenix-Biltmore Area)
Friday, April 22, 2005 12:41 AM
Whats going on guys? Good God this is the first I have posted on the ORG in months. Anyways most all of the Arizona guys, I believe know me, but for those of you who do not. My name is Alan. I drive the Yellow Turbo Charged Cavalier that makes brief cameo appearances from time to time. Moved out here from San Diego last September and was living in Paradise Valley for a while till my old town home was sold. Now Im here in Biltmore.

Heres the deal I am looking for a room mate who would like to live in the Biltmore area of Phoenix. I have a three story town house. 2 bedroom, 2 bath, 2 car attached garage.

YES, You would get a spot in the garage as I know this is a pretty nice amenity for those of us in to our cars and such. You would also get your own FULL size bathroom. Bedroom has a vaulted ceiling. Kitchen is Ginourmous (huge).

Brand new carpet, and bathroom/kitchen floors. With this being said if your messy please do not inquire.

I have a dog as well so if you are allergic to them I would say this too would exclude you.

Serious inquiries only though. Thanks guys

Alan

Alan actually hasn't posted a price yet. That was a thread jacker.

Plus Alan smokes. Although in the 2 places he's had since I've known him smoking has never been allowed inside the apt.

hey whats up guys?

Thanks for jacking the thread!................... LOL! no worries.

sorry for the delay in getting a response from me but Im sooo busy its ridiculous. Anyway yeah the area is great. Close to everything. I suppose you could say its pricey but I don't really know what you guys consider to be pricey. I pay $1060.00 a month not including utilities which to be honest are not that bad anyway.

The whole smoking issue............... well I quit a little over two weeks ago and haven't had one since. Regardless as Chad said yeah I do not allow smoking in the house and this is coming from a former fairly heavy smoker. I just don't prefer my house to smell like smoke you know. If you are a smoker I don't mind just be aware it needs to be kept outside. The outside "SMOKE" porch if you will is pretty lavish with like 5 ash trays for convenient wrist flicks with very little movement or energy usage. You know for those hot days where you don't want to even move an inch. I'll throw that amenity in for free. LOL!

If Chad would stop being a little girl and get in his mayonnaise and mustard car collection and drive his fruity @$$ out here I wouldn't have to be looking for a room mate....lol!

so anyway $530 is the going rate and may actually drop eventually. If you wanna know more details you can get a hold of me personally through E-mails or something.

By the way its also a gated community and has 2 salt water pools, 2 spas, Full size gym, Offices with 2 computers with high speed Internet connection, Fax, Copy, Theatre (pretty cool actually), and a bar we can rent out if we wanna get stupid and not have a bunch of people at the house.

Really with as much stuff as you would be getting, $530 is not too bad especially with your own garage space.

its 1400 sq ft too if you wanted to know

Well let me know. Be aware it may take a couple days to reply.

Not true. I know I want to come out there, but I can't afford to make minimum wage.
