Pueblo area guys, need your help-scammed by Dvjr15

Okay. Its now official. I've been scammed by David Jaramello(sp?), a .org member that lives in the Pueblo, CO area. He took me for $350 for a type-j front bumper. I need some help from any guys in that area to get my money back, or get the bumper. You will be compensated appropriately once the money or bumper is in my possession. E-mail me at chickenclucker69420@yahoo.com.

Flaked-Z said he was offered an alternative that he accepted..... he has no beef with the dood.....

Flaked Z-Fire wrote:btw. for everyone else, David got back to me and explained what happened and whats going on and he made me an alternate offer that i accepted.

the explanation that i was given was understandable. and i understand the delay.

so in my case all is worked out so far.

david i wish ya the best of luck with whats going on! i hope they catch the @!#$ that did what they did

laters

Cracker Rocket said he paid via paypal.... dont know why he just doesnt file a claim..... anything that he is trying to get started will just make things worse for both parties....

Cracker Rocket wrote:I've been e-mailing and calling David incessantly and he still hasn't responded. I'm glad I paid through Paypal, since it looks like i'm not going to be getting what I paid for. At least I'll get my money back. Hopefully everything will work out for the best for you Flaked Z-Fire

Actually, guys, I did file a claim with Paypal and it was decided in my favor. But I can't get my money back unless he has money in his Paypal account, which he doesn't. Kinda sucks the way it works.

must have missed that...... ^^

Its unfortunate that you lost the money. Even moreso for the good people that sell on the internet.

Any recourse besides rounding up a posse?

well..... just a note.....

Several years ago i sent $550 dollars via paypal to a guy in PA to buy a gun. It was to be shipped to an FFL locally to be legal and he dropped off the face of the earth. It was tough to convince myself that there was no recourse, and i LOST $550.

Seems as though Flaked-Z got it worked out.... have you chatted with him to see whats up?

Yeah, I've talked to Flaked-Z a few times about David. I don't understand why David won't answer my e-mails or phone calls. At least I have his supposed home address, so I'm gonna try to figure out a way to get my money back.

Good luck with that, you might try contacting local athorities and giving them the full story. I dont know the whole side of your story, nor ANY of his side, but what you construe may be a case of internet fraud, which is being cracked down upon.

Again.... Good luck at whatever you do, i just wouldnt do anything I would get in trouble for. (or TOO much trouble anyways )
