Colorado !! help me find a part
Thursday, July 14, 2005 10:45 AM
where are some junkyards that i can search for some parts at? the only ones i know of are the 2 on santa fe and union

if anyone can do a junkyard search for me or tell me what junkyard i can look for this at thats kinda close to me i would greatly appreciate it

ok the car i need the part off of ...is a Sunfire GT...an older one

what i need is the plug that plugs into the back of the instrument cluster

i beleive only the GT will work for me

because the instrument cluster has to have

1. a manual/analog odometer NOT DIGITAL
2. Automatic transmission
3. tachometer
4. gears P N R D 3 2 1 not P N R D 2 1 displayed on it

i will pay whoever gets one for me with either money OR a cavalier interior parts since i just ripped out my WHOLE interior and replaced it with a sunfire interior

^^^^^^^^^^^^^^ VERY IMPORTANT THAT when you cut the plug off of the wiring harness for me....that you leave AS MUCH WIRE AS YOU CAN because i will be soldering this plug onto my cavalier in place of the plug thats already on it....the more wire i have to work with the better...thank you

thanks in advance

While we are on the subject of parts I need a new set of door panels for my 2 dr, charcoal, and yes I have power windows. Let my friend try something new and it didn't work out. New from GM is like $600.00 a piece!

Thanks Rob just let me know how much for the panels. The junk yards up here in the western slope suck! I found one panel that was trashed and they wanted $150.00 for it!

Ill probably be able to get both panels for around 100 don't quote me on that though what price are you looking to pay cause if its more than that i won't get them. I am not going to charge you anythng on top of what they charge me other than shipping!
