I need a couple of car amps, they do not need to be working. One can be completely dead, doesnt turn on, no sound, etc.. And I need another that can at least turn on.

What do you need them for?

I just wanna make sure you're not gonna use them as acts of terrorism on this country. You know.....making nuclear devices and all...
