Header and fuel rail have been sold! Thanks guys. I like what you have done under the hood of your cavalier Classic! It looks great with the cf, and that upper mount looks killer! I think im going to pick me up one of those rather then running the rk sport insert. Cheers guys! have a great Christmas and new years

Thanks! You too! I liked that Venom fuel rail you picked up!!

Brad I picked up your fuel rail and autometer gauge, so just shoot me a pm. We can decide when and where to meet up in town over the xmas weekend or something. So $30 would be good for me.

That header ended up looking practically brand new after I picked from getting ceramic coated!! I'll post up some pics when I get a chance. But it looks sweet!! Much better than that header wrap crap.

Good deal! Deffinatly throw up a couple of pics when you get a chance, im curious to see how it turned out
The header wrap is not complete garbage. The header may not last as long but it does keep temps down in the bay

Sorry the pics are small, the setting on my camera phone was set to a small resolution when I took them. But you still get the idea of how it looks now with the ceramic coating, compared to what it looked like originally.

Its not too bad to install. I think it took us about 2 hours including welding to get it installed. I think the main PITA was getting the O2 out of the old manifold.

lol..nope..I havent installed the header yet..but I did install my 6000K hid headlight/foglight install with blue halos this past weekend. I bought em all from John Benham in the GP forum. WOW!!!!!! But one weekend this month im hoping to get around to throwing it on my cavy. I'll probably have to soak the existing manifold bolts in liquid wrench before hand lol

So I finally got around to installing the header this past long weekend and welded it up to my exhuast. Took most of the day on sunday. The biggest pita was trying to break my old 230K rusted up bolts loose lol thank god for various types of sockets and wrenches and especially a grinder! But it looks good and sounds good!
