I really hope you and adler get that thing back together this weekend. IF its running this weekend I could come down and check it out and make a final decision. Of course I will have some CASH money on me but I would atleast like to drive it down the street. I will most likely drive it home !! (thats if its running this weekend etc.

BTW...greenfire...I have MSD dis II settin here right beside me. If you could find out a way to test it to make sure its in working order (last time it broke down on me the red light wouldnt come on) I would sell it.

Greenfire...Heres the deal... This MSD worked fine til I took it of the car. When i took it off it was because i melted a coil pack (didnt have it tight enought against the interface module). I have the wiring harness with it and both modules. One is bad....also have ONE good msd coil pack.
Now....i just got off the phone with MSD and it will cost me 150 buck for them to test it if its repairable or some crap like that. Now...there is NO way im doing that.
Now...I cant honestly tell you that this works....it may have messed something up this last time. I dont know....i dont have it installed in between the ignition module so i cant even try it out.
Now...if you know somebody with msd dis II installed on there car...you could just unplug there harness from there box and plug it in to MY box then just touch the power and ground and see if it starts and runs. IF it did...then its yours for 150 bucks. Then all you would need to buy is ONE msd coil pack and ONE interface module. I got mine from summit. Fast with free shipping...
If you wanna do this then i could possibly come down to the wednesday night meet or something and give it to ya. Im a brave guy and i trust you...i dont think you would run off and never pay me...actually i know you wouldnt. So...wanna try it out? If not then its just gonna set here in my shelf for another 6 months or so. I took it off cuz i ididnt have the money for a new coil pack and module at that time. I did have nitrous though!

Hey....im in no rush. Like i said though....if you can hook it up to someones car that already has msd it would be alot easier. Would take just a few minutes....if all is good then its yours....if for some reason it didnt work then just give it back no questions asked.
