Thats a good header, i have the same one on my car and it made a nice gain in the mid and upper RPM range.
Not the easiest to install though, but i have done harder header installs.
One word of Caution---If you have a front subframe brace between the lower control arms there is a good chance the header downpipe will hit it, becasue thats right where the header and the downpipe bolt together and there is a large flange, i tried everything to get it to stop rattling against the brace, i finally removed the brace becasue somehow while it was in the body shop this last time it got bent, but before that i had gotten it stop rattling, by grinding the bottom of the flange.
anyways just wanted to let you knw about my experience with it. Other than that im happy with it. Ite been on for over a year now.

did you notice better gas millage? and did you use a new flex pipe or just use upper and lower motor mounts?

maybe ramon can get it since he's meeting him and if ramon doesnt end up going, i see ramon every weekend and can get it to bring down there?! if not ramon can let me know when they are meeting and i can meet them unless he wants to meet me in irving.

Yes if i keep my foot out of it and drive like a normal person, the milage did get better, maybe 1-2 MPG and i alredy had the upper and lower poly engine mounts, so no flex pipe for me, although when i make the exhaust for the turbo engine i will be using one.
