well I left my house to go to school this morning around 630. to go to UTSA First when I got out to the highway the gas station by that exit had at least ten cars at all ten pumps. Then when I got onto the freeway I must have never reached over 50mph. several times traffic just stopped all together.

The rest area near my house has become it's on shelter support some 100 cars that decide to just make camp there. That was this morning I assume more are on there way this afternoon.

luckley I filled up with gas on wednesday hopfully that carries me through the week. No racing

Right now I'm my Aunt's house in the north west side of town because she has a generator. Don't know how long I'll be here.

Wow from the looks of things houston is like a ghost town. I wish I was there tonight to enjoy my own personal race track. (the empty houston freeways)

Anycrap hope everybody gets thru this fine it is down to a cat 3, and is headed further east now.

yeah last night I took in two families that I saw just camping out on the side of I10. they had blankets and were going to just spend the nite on the grass on the side of the highway. I stopped and asked them if they wanted to come crash at my house. It was a little packed with ten extra people in the house but we did ok. They left this afternoon to go back. I told them they could stay a little longer but they wanted to get back to see the damage done to their homes. But from the looks of it yall came out better then expected.

Well, all is well for me as well, ended up not being able to get out of town with all the traffic, and stayed at my wifes uncles house at 1960 and 45N. Not bad at all over there, and the rain guage on my fence only showed 1.5 inches of rain here, so not bad at all, not even a good soaking rain my lawn needed.

Yeah everything shouod be back to normal in a few days, so i dont think next months mod day should be affected.
