New to forum but not new to J's
Thursday, October 13, 2005 5:55 AM
Hello everyone. I am new here, I just bought yet another J-body-2004 LS sport. My first was a 99 z-24, but I traded it for a camaro due to constant problems with it.
I have been in Subarus and racing for several years and got out of it due to the job situation. I have been active in SCCA since 1987 and my last year on the track was 2002 running first place in the Houston region (STC) until I quit in Oct 2002 and eventually placing 3rd. 4th place in the National tour here in Houston. Anyway, I have also been a GM Tech for over 20 years until leaving the car bidness and going to NASA to work on computers. I used to run a race team for several years with 4 major sponsors(19 on staff). I think I can be quite helpful around here and at shop meets. I used to host several myself to prepare for Nationals at my home in dickinson. I currently want to modify my LS for competition soon to enter back into the SCCA. I usually create alot of equipment on my own instead of wasting money on mods that do not work. Which quite a few people do. That's why I created my Race team. Anyway, if there's anything anyone needs help with I am here.

Take care,
Forrest

Sure, of course, it's all dependant on what you require, as far as ride, handling, ride quality is concerned.
