LOL at this post..Yah the "setting" has changed mostly slow cars and ricers these days. And the cops like to show up alot.

I went Thursday night.....It was a big @!#$ing waste of time. The quickest car out there was a turbo Neon that barely pulled away from a stock SRT4. booooooooooooooooo


275hp & 306tq - 1999 2.2 ohv
13.2 @ 108 mph
-1996 2.4 liter + Turbo + Built motor + Torco + More boost = Lots o' Power
-2000 Mustang GT + 2004 Cobra motor, Whipple 2.3 supercharger,
built rear-end,Dodge Viper spec T56 6 speed, bolt-ons = wheelies at the track!!!!!

most of us here dont go to "street races" esp if its a organized spot like that. others on here may pop in to such events, but hopefully non in the texas j club will be out there(or there will be a discussion), since we condone street racing. its to dangerous and sends a bad rep for the club thus giving the police the idea that any with our logo are street racers. one of our prospects lost a family member cause some kids decided to race down the street. take it to the track.

all i can say is be careful out there if you go.
