well they are actually testing the pollution level of emissions put out by cars as they pass by, thats why when i would drive by them on my harley i would pull in the clutch & rev the motor just to mess with their test... hehehe... motorcycles don't have emissions tests

but you don't show your lic to get a car inspected, just show proof the car is registered in that county, & proof of financial responsibility (insurance)....in other words have the address on your insurance card & the tittle of the car be for the po box, & if ya really want to make sure you have no issue have the address on your lic be the po box address too.

but i never did put my lic address as the po box & never had to worry about it...just had to make sure car was registered in that county & that insurance has that po box address for that county on it & thats all they needed.
