not I don't think it will work cause cobalt is throttle by wire and cavalier is throttle by cable and this mounts to the cable bracket on the throttle body.

Do the gauge clusters swap right out with the OEM ones? Like unplug old one, plug in new one...
I havent replaced a cluster on the Cavs yet, pretty easy without breaking the plastic dash parts or speedo parts?
You still got the strut bar that'll fit an 04? I posted on your other listing, not sure if David bought it or not...
Also, do those Cobalt rims bolt right up to an 04 stock height Cav?
