Its not made to spec, it will bolt up, but will not clear my tranny nor is it inline with the exhaust ports. Its just practice. The upper flange was cracked to begin with, and i have a crinkle in one of the bends, but its not bad for a new try out, maybe ill make one to spec and see what i can dyno.

I had a bunch of chromed pipes laying around, So i figured id screw around a bit. What do you think of my first attempt at a j-body header. I know, i know, i could just go out and buy one, but thats no fun. The pic is attached below, i think, and ill load it on my cardomain site to link it over here.
Hyperian Torello wrote:1) The header is mine.
2) The interceptor was never a cavy.
3) I bought a j out of nessecity
4) I like, what i love the 1.8L DOHC Common rail engine
5) I love the KA247 engine
6) A stock kia sephia, produces more power than a stock j of the same engine design but with less displacement. Go figure?
7) If your gonna pick a fight against me, do it to my face, and feel what happens.
8) Got proof to back up your claims about my header? Its based on a kia, but fits my 2.2L, BUT Obviously you cant read.

If you think i took someone else's design, find proof and take me to court.
I have all the info, just go ahead prove me wrong, without a single niche of doubt.

SO if you think its a motorcycle header, find me what it goes to. Its more based on the 1.8L sephia header, after all i made the prototype header for the sephia a few years back.

If you look, much of the chrome plating is burned off the welds, but you'd be amazed what a buffing wheel can do, and a little polish.

On your cardomain site you say that you also have a Scat racing crank for you Kia, Scat does not offer one for the Kia or the J-body but they will custom make one so how much does it cost to have them make one?

Hi,
I was wondering if you could tell me the name of your owner. A guy by the name of Hyperion Torello is trying to tell the j-body community all kinds of lies, including that he owns this company/website and all parts bought here go into his bank account. He is claiming he built the sephia header you have on your website. Does he have any affiliation with the company at all? I just need written confirmation that he is lying about this (in the form of a response to this email of course). If he is in fact the owner, I apologize for the heinous accusations against him.
Thank you for any help you can provide me.

This is funny to me, I am the owner of the site and have been running KIA-FX for about 2 years now. The individual you have in question I do know about, he has fabricated many stories about what he has done to his car and the work he does. To my knowledge, most of what he says is fabrication. All of the items on my site have been developed by myself and suppliers, If you want to talk in person, you can contact me at the telephone number below.

Well i already had previous dealings with scat, so i had gotten a big discount.
But expect about $1Grand on average but it depends on what your specific requirements are too. I wanted better oil control, reduced mass and overall weight and about 3X stronger crank which is good enough for my future plans.

Event is right, it bolts up to the 2.2 OHV. I think ill try a 4-2-1 design next, if i have time.

Ok lets recap...
1.) You dont own a Kia website
2.) You didnt make a header, nor is it for a Cavalier, or is it bike pipes from some old dead guy.
3.) Your aqua thing was fake
4.) Your Timeslips are fake
5.) Replacing your Kia's engine 6 times in 5 years is real (That shows how reliable they are)
6.) Proven not only is a Jbodys engine more powerful, but more reliable.
7.) That your car doesnt have a bottom end being fabbed by you.
8.) Why would you wanna work on a flexplate? Its an auto...
9.) You dont have the Ub0r 6 speed tranny auto that is infact made for RWD.
How much more stupid can you get? Christ! Just stop posting with your "Well...well..My dad can beat up your dad" or "Hahaha You dont even know my name y0"

It seems all his cars run Scat cranks. Funny thing, since Scat makes no cranks for that app - Kia or GM. Which means its a custom crank. Now Scat makes the cranks for our sprint and midget cars, and one of our Late Model motors. we are in the process of ordering some new stuff, so I took the liberty of asking if they ever did one of these. I think you can guess what the answer was..
And the cost of a custom crank (which we use in our midget) is close to $6000.
So somebody that bought a cheap J tosses in a $6000 crank with no other mods? Or even better a disposable POS Kia with a $6000 crank.
But I think I know why he keeps blowing up engines.. HYDROGEN INJECTION?!?!?!
Remember the Hindenberg..
