would you be able to tell the difference from .345 and .375??

don't know, everybody seems to say the 13 added degrees are a big difference and figuring that the valve only opens .375 (3/8 inch) I'm guessing another 1/32 would its roughly 8% more opening. <br>

can someone clear this up? i know that the intake has to come from a 95 2.3 (SFGT)......but the Exhaust cam, does it come from a 1990-1994 2.3L Quad 4 Low Output engine or a 2.3 High Output engine?

I am going to try and get a LD2 intake cam and have the Hex put in it and they have the cam sensor put in it as well so i can get the
Stock 2.3 LD2 (1990-94) Cam Specs
200 degrees @ .050" with .375" lift for the intake

I am wondering if i should just go with the JBP intake cam

The more I think about how the HO cams make all kinds of power above the rev limiter, I still think they may provide a decent gain in the usable power band as well...

Well I will flip a coin as to whether I get LO or HO cams for the rebuilt motor.

So the bottom end may be a bit stronger, but really it shifts the powerband way up. So it is a little too much duration and lift for the average 2.4L daily driver who does not push the engine to the upper rpm band.
