taking out intake cam

OK, i'm in the middle of installing my cylinder head and i came into a problem. I got the exhaust cam out, but i can't get the intake cam out because the end has something holding it down. I took out the 2 bolts and the pump and i still cant get it out. What do i do to take it out?

I think its the camshaft bearing cap. It looks like i can take it off, but i cant get it to come off. Any suggestions

search for "FAQ ecotec cam install and timing"

somethign along the lines of that I made a very very deatialed post of how to do the cam swap and redo timing, it should be in there

oh yeah, i forgot about that post, thanks. That helps a lot.

Do you happen to know what the crank pulley needs to be torqued to on reinstillation?
