Yeah, tell 'em you want 2.25 in pipe and pick a muffler, oorrr go on ebay and pick up a muffler that you like for like $10 plus shipping, and bring it in and say "HOOK IT UP BIOTCH!!""

have a shop run you a 2.25" piping to a muffler with of course a 2.25" inlet. or you could purchase say a 16" lentgh 2.25" diameter resonator, run that after your car (which will give you a deeper tone) and then 2.25" piping after that.

Alot of people like the custom setup. I have a '97 2.2 and I purchased the RkSport catback from Karo at carcustoms.net. It was $299 with free shipping and 30 minutes of my time to install. The custom route is definitly cheaper though and you can fine tune it more to your liking. The choice is yours though.

the RK sport dual catback is the BEST FLOWING exhaust for a Jbody... however I would not want to spend as much as they want for it.

i have heard pacesetter exhaust rust out very quickly.... i personally would go with one from a exhaust shop.... super cheap, and does the same as a brand name one like rk sport.

yeah pacesetter exhausts rust out. in less than a year my wife's muffler tip had rust coming out of it.
