i will probably be doing most of these mods to my 99 Z24 this summer, will any of these mods throw a code, and can all these mods be used on a stock computer (no flashing needed)

- secret Cam Swap
- Hi flow Cat/2.25 pipe and 4-2-1header
- fuel regulator
- bore the engine
- HO intake from 2.3 and 2.3 TB
- and finally HIGH OUTPUT alternator.

Thanks in Advance,

bore the engine????????You mean stroke it? Read up more before you start modding there is an FAQ at the top of tha page. Though some of those things do sound like a good plan
-secret cams (great idea)
-Hi flow Cat/2.25 pipe and 4-2-1 header (I would suggest a 4-1 header)
-fuel regulator (not needed without way more mods)
-bore the engine (I think this is one area you need to read up)
-HO intake and TB (good again needs some modifications to fit but still good plan)
-HO alternator (unless yours is in bad shape no need for this)

Other mods to consider:
-Port and polish the head
-light weight crank pulley
-New engine mounts
-New transmission mounts

Check out my profile for other ideas.

Boring the engine requires a rebuild, so new pistons, bearings, rods, rings, all that fun stuff.

Actually The FAQ forum is where i got the idea to bore the engine, All it said was a 2.4 engine can be bored to 2.7.....And i'm doing a rebuild on my 2.4 this month, so since its already being honed, i might as when bore it a bit, i know i have to buy new pistons and rings, etc............I forgot to also mention the port and polishing, i will also do that when i start to dremel the Quad 4 intake manifold....... And YEs, the HO Alternator is the most important mod, the stock alt can handle my 3 amps, i already replaced it once. just wondering if the stock computer could handle all the extra amps (220amps)...And i can't do the underdrive pully system cause i that will cause my alternator to spin slower, and that the opposite of what i want...

Will a 2.3 crank from a LO quad work on my 2.4? would that make a difference?

You are mixing up what electricity does. The alternator is capable of putting out 240 amps, but that doesn't mean thats how much goes through the electrical system. The computer draws so many amps and it won't draw any more.

Don't bore your engine out that far, the sidewalls get crazy thin. I would go .040 over at the very most.
