I had the PS exhaust last year and I had absolutely 0 issues with it, except durability. when the guy parked his grand am in my trunk the exhaust was not strong enough to hold the ass end of the car up and the rear was forced downward at a 45 degree angle.

He's saying if money is going to be your means of what performance products you get, why modify at all? If you're going to get a cat-back, you shouldn't get a cat-back because it's cheaper or the to get it bent is cheaper than what is best to get.

for the OP, if you want something that doesn't sound "bad" to you then get out and listen to some j's before you decide to buy and get an idea what it will sound like, because that is all it will be is an idea, it will sound different on your car. if you want it to sound low/quiet/mellow then i would PM Art (event) and ask how he was able to squeeze 780 lineal feet of resonator under his car

i have the pacesetter catback it work great! no rust yet ! had it for a over a year now.
1 year plus on my pacsetter catback...loud as all get...but after header and 30" resonator its all gooood! Nice deep tone...but just a little raspy until she warms up.

the loadness of just the catback, Set the Pace for the next mod! HA!
