Im waiting on ICM plugs before i can go any further with this. Without those i cant make any more coil swaps.

So, if we send you a harness that leads from the coils to the ICM on the 2.4L you can wire it up to the interfaces and send them back?

If so I have the harness sitting in the garage and can send it post haste, all I would want is the interface modules and the wireing, I have already gotten the coils and wires and everything else needed I have just been having an issue getting the 2.2L ICM harness.

This is the 4 wire harness with 2 brown wires and 2 white wires, it has a grey connector with a green weatherpack "accordian". Just to verify that I am correct and inform others

for the 2.4 and the concern for part #'s for the spark plugs 1 stage and 2 stage colder:

1 stage colder : AC Delco R42LTS
2 stage colder: AC Delco R42LTSM

if i am mistaken please correct me but this is what i have for #'s and am running the 2 stage colder with the gm s/c and got rid of the misfire, gapped them around .032

WIth the coils im running .045 and anything higher reports a misfire. IIRC Taetsch Z24 has the same gap supercharged. Either way with stronger coils you can run bigger gap.

Hey Wrench Monkey I have a 2000 Z24 and I want one of your kits with new MSD coils and the harness adapter, but I have a question I also plan to use the MSD DIS II how do I incorporate that with your setup? Also does your kit have the mounting bracket which mounts the coils to the strut tower or do I have to get that myself?
I'll be ready to buy mine next weekend thanks.

2000 Z24 5spd header & catback for now.

Wrench Monkey, I've been running .060 gap since I've done this mod.
Not sure why you're having problems with misfire on anything bigger than .045.
Is this in boost application or high compression ratio??
Just curious.
