What do you think? I don't have any problems with this motor at all except a small pil leak very minimal from a cam tower gasket.
Ways to make more power with SC? I was thinking i would send it to Steigmayer over the Winter of 08 for Porting and Exterior Polish

Probally will be somewhere around 180-200WHP with this build, depending on how much of a differance the HO cams make.
Im not to sure about the HO TB, odds are it probally won't bolt up but you could always send your stock one to SMG and have them bore it out for you.
The HO Cams won't take away for the SC, It was mentioned that you might see lower PSI boost numbers only because your flowing more air but this is not a bad thing since the same if not more air is getting in the cylinder, just means there is less resitance.
For the head building, other than the cams you could upgrade to oversize valves and maybe a port and polish, not much else you can do here.
Personally i think the bottom end will hold up fine. Worst comes to worst it spins a bearing and we can just fix that up next winter.
Steigmayer is a good choice to get it ported, note that the exterior polish is a apperance option only and will not help improve performance. Besides that you could run a smaller pulley, however, it will be hard to get away from running meth injection because the kit isn't intercooled like the M62 and you might run into detonation problems running higher boost=hotter air=detonation.
Meth Injection will be added when i run the smaller pulley for sure. I was already looking at them..
Ya i would like to get a 62 mm TB, ill have to keep an eye on the Classifieds i guess
My only other worry is ill have to get new TB sensors because i remember all the trouble messing with them when we did the HO mani install, i think i broke my 2.4 TB one

CAL ID P\N 88960485, when prompted by the Tec-II, the tec must tell it that it is a auto.

You can use a 2.3 TB with the S/C. If you go with a P&P head and HO cams you will want to get a smaller pulley for the S/C. With the head I had and HO cams I needed a 2.4" pulley to get 7.5 PSI. I had a meth kit on the car but never really had enough time to fine tune it at the track. Even without meth I managed to put down 226.5 at the wheels, at rev limit. I would love to go back to a 2.4 S/C.

maybe. I had to remove a little matrial from the throttle stop to clear the S/C.
The mounting Holes lined up no problem?
What sensors you running 2.3 or 2.4?

Stiegemeier sent me a qoute for my M45 supercharger and said they would include boring out the TB.
I would recommend contacting them for options.
