Thanks for sending the cylinder head. I wish I would have known he needed it before I sold mine.

That leaves about 5 to 6" from the turn down to your 10" mark

im going to get paul in here to help you guys out with the measurements etc....

he has bought an OBX long tube for a K series honda engine. cut the flange off, welded a custom LD9 flange to it, changed some piping around, added some piping and taken some away and yeah... it fits.

all for about $300. its polished stainless steel with 1 7/8" primaries and a 3" collector.

i know hes had the subframe off like 3 times and has been measuring etc back there to get it to work so he would be a great source of information.

bump

Any updates on this? Pics?

I "may" be back on the list for an LD9 header this time, especially if this is a one time deal on these.

We are still a couple of weeks before I can update this thread. Scott posted pics of the mockup 2.3 header. I am waiting for the 2.4 header to mockup on my Cav. Once both are done, we will have prices and more pics

shifter cables are not an issue..they do not touch..in the pic they werent connected to the tranny , they have alittle more "bow" once connected. with the header being ceramic coated it doesnt "radiate" heat like a typical exhaust, so there isnt as much heat around it to burn things

They are similar to Karo's ( 4-1 design with 3" collector ) but the runners are at least twice as long.
