was curious if anyone on here new whether or not the top half of a 3500 would bolt to a 3400? if it will would it be worth the trouble or not? I have got the option to get the whole engine for free tomorrow if anyone has an idea on it id appreciate it thanks!
3500 top end is amazing with two 3500 exhaust manifolds and a 3.5l intrigue 65mm TB. I also use 3400 uppers since its more even flow then a 3500 uim. Look at v6z24 for 3500 top end swap. It will have everything you need. 3500 top end is amazing!

Like Rob posted above. The 3400 UIM flows better than the 3500's stock vs. stock. Once ported though, it's 3500 all the way. The 3400 UIM will bolt to the 3500 LIM.
