New bearings, piston rings, delete the balance shafts act 6 puck dic upgrade and mp62 blower with a 3.0 pulley or lnf turbo setup. Then depending hats left a racetronix fuel pump and harness and a quality hpt tune and Of course I'd take my time to find some deals to save more cash.

Yea, 220whp in a N/A cavalier is going to be crazy expensive and unreliable. The GMPP Superchager kit(mp62) is VERY reliable and makes for a VERY fun daily. It will also put you safely at your 220whp goal. In the 4 years that i have had the kit on my car, the only breakdown was a freak tensioner failure.

220 at the crank can be done for under 3000k all-motor.

All-motor doesn't make for daily driver fun, you will have no low end power, so you will be going through traffic revving the ball bag out of your motor......like I do LOL

Trust me, a supercharged daily would be much funner.

This... my car sucks balls to daily... I have no power under 2800 RPM, it struggles to idle, and refuses to with the AC on. I ended up buying a Daily Driver.
