I just got my LSJ header installed yesterday and the heat shield in the tunnel is rattling like crazy. I bent it a bit and seemed to stop the vibes for a few minutes but they are back again.
What have you guys done to stop this rattling and vibes? Hate my car sounding like a piece of crap
I have a different set up and am thinking of a way to do this now also.... possibly some polyurethane behind it, I have a few peices and rivet it together....
Well I found the issue. The people who made my downpipe and did the header install made my stock exhaust touch the heat shield by the gas tank. So it vibes throughout the whole car.
Going to get that changed and prolly fix the vibes and rattles im getting
