Well, anyways, let me know if there is any interest, just figured I would ask. And the guys that want the stock rail will continue to use the stock rail.
Also here is the video of it being made, showing a few different angles.

do you mean weldable stand off cups instead of using them in the head you could weld them to the rail to make up the difference? Confused...
How are you doin them for this fuel rail that's what I was wondering

He means how are you fabricating the rail to accept fuel injectors I think.
Correct Vince it was early and my brain wasn't up to speed yet lol

So this set up will use the injector cups and the rail. There was no way to make the rail and not have to have the injector cups.
HOW DO THE INJECTORS FIT INTO THE RAIL is what he was asking...
I mean in the videos it looks like they are machined

the injectors fit in the rail like any other rail there are holes machined that they fit into
No, didn't use a seat cutter, diameter of the oring was drilled and then tapered with a finishing debur tool
Ok thanks that's what I wanted to know

Thats what he was asking. And therefore, they are not like any other rail... other rails use that ross machining bit instead of drilled, tapered, deburred.
Same thing, clearly explained in the video if you took the time to watch it.
Either way that rail is gorgous bud!!! nice work!!
Any updates on this? Im running a portfueler setup, so having a slimmer low profile rail will help a lot! Im not comfortable grinding anymore material off my stock rail to make the injectors fit.

PM me if you need one...been a while since I checked this thread, sorry.
