Picked up a grand am shiny black wiper cowl on top. Has raised wind deflectors for the wipers. Also go a set of wiper arms from a grand am. They are slightly different with the bends and squirter locations but fold up on a 90* angle. Found a gntx-177 auto dimming rear view mirror with temp and compass.

Finally recieved my mtech shifter linkage after a 2 month wait because of US customs. Shortens the throw by over 35%.

Also picked up a MRZ under drive pulley. It's 5.8in vs stock 6.5". Came with a new belt and bolt. Its a LOT lighter.

Not sure if anyone on here even pays attention to the thread but here is some updates. Hopefully a lot more to come.

Test fitted the radiator. Seems to fit pretty good. AC looks like it fits. Not sure how I will setup the dual pass hoses.

Yea, they are 1/2 wider I believe. You can probably search and find the exact size.

Installed my radiator today. Welded a piece of stainless pipe to my stainless exhaust manifold. Took a long time to drill the hole. The manifold is almost a 1/4" thick. Put a good 3 rows of weld on it then a big weld over them. This thing should not leak or crack.

My brothers slave was bad we got for his cobalt so I took my trans apart and gave him mine. Then I decided to upgrade to a LNF f35 slave out of a 2010 cobalt. Suppose to be stronger and have a 10% longer throw. Only modifying I had to do was rebend the slave to elbow pipe.

Welded some brackets on my radiator to mount my ac condenser. Added some seals to the side to get better air flow through both. Since the bottom is solid I decided to use heater tape to seal the bottom till I figure out a better way.

Ordered new power window switches. I had to donate my old ones to my sunfire. First picture is an OEM sunfire window switch they use a 12v bulb with a red cover, cavaliers use a blue cover. These cheap aftermarket switches use a 2.3v led and it was red already. I added two more leds to make it a lot brighter. Im making all my lights in the car match my red AEM gauges. Also red is easier on the eyes at night. You can also see the difference on how they are made. Although the cheap one does feel cheap, the buttons appear to use white plastic for the logo where the factory one appears to be painted so they may look nicer longer. There is also a $60 difference in price. $11 vs $70.

Sorry for the delay in updates, didn't have much time to update this. I've been designing some new things for this whip, some won't be started till this thing is running.

ARP Hardware:
Motor Mount
Fender
Headlight
Hood Hinge
Hood Latch

Also picked up 4 -12an bungs for my heater core hoses, -20 for my radiator hoses and -16 for the reservoir tank hose.

Installed my motor mount bolts. Had an issue where for some reason my motor mount bolts were shorter then most people so in order to use the arp bolts I had to drill some of the treads at the top of the mount to allow the shoulder to go into the mount otherwise the mount flopped around.
