Picked up a 3" mandrel bent tight 90 to come off my turbo for the downpipe. It is 304 stainless and polished. Found out my steering rack is leaking some how. It didn't leak the past two years. Received and installed my OEM bump steer kit.

Where did you get your underdrive crank pulley? I contacted MRZ and they don't make them anymore. Didn't know if you had a connection!

I bought mine from another member. You could contact MD Enforcer on here. He makes custom pulleys.

I had to buy these special bearings in a pack of 16 because they are only sold to manufactures so this is probably all that will be available. I already sold 5. Also I can't buy new lines and no one makes a 1/4" oring flare. Same flare gm uses for 5/16" fuel line.

Finished my push button start install and everything is copacetic. MD came through and hooked me up with a tow strap and some more ARP bolts for my radiator/ headlight bolts and some longer bolts for my camber plates since the stock ones were too short.

Got some birthday presents. New GM shifter cables with factory heat shielding. They make cheaper ones without it for a different engine. Also got a fan shroud for a mustang with dual 12" 1400CFM fans.

Drilled holes in the shroud and installed some nutserts. I added a gasket around the shroud to seal the fan to the shroud. Notched the flanges on the shroud. There is a big gap.

Added more weather stripping between the condenser and the radiator to keep as much air flowing though it too gain the most efficiency possible. I also put aluminum tape on the top and bottom to seal the gaps until i come up with something better if there is something better. I ended up cutting the side flanges off and with a few hits from a hammer it fit in in between the endtanks!

Took the rear trailing arm out of my parts car because it had a 1mm bigger internal sway bar, 19mm to be exact. Why? because I had it haha. Welded a 20" x 4" plate across the center of it to box in the twist beam. Welded another plate to the center for the two diagonal braces. Weld the sway bar endlink mounting plates on. Haven't seen anyone do that. Welded 1/4" think plates for the tie bar mounting points. They are not going anywhere.

Finished it up and welded tabs for the rear tie bar. Not sure if I will use it or not but I would rather have tabs and not need it then not have them and need tabs. Also bolted the sway bar up.

Thanks to Juicedz4 I got these awesome ballistic Fabrication 2" weldable bearings. Cut my old crappy bushings off and kept them intact.

Welded the bearings in. Got good welds on the top and bottom. Put a few tacks on the inside but it started screwing up the bearing and made it really really hard to unscrew the cap so I stopped. It looks like crap on the sides but its about as sold as it can be. The welds that hold the factory sleeve on are smaller then the ones i put on the bearing so its not going anywhere.

Installed my steering rack. Welded 3/4" aluminum square tubing on my radiator and put nutserts in them and made brackets to hold the shroud on in case for some reason it wants to come off. Installed the radiator. I now have about 4" more room behind the radiator for excitement.
