Where did you get the clutch line adapter?
I was making these a couple years ago.
I just want to see if I can still compete with the cost of a competitor.

Thanks

Relocated my cruise control to my wiper cowl. This freed up a lot of room.

Had to move my cruise control box further left. I could not fit my pcm under there. I cannot believe both of these fit and how much room it frees up in the engine bay. Took me forever to get them to fit right.

I used nutserts to hold the pcm in place worked great.

Installed my 9in 3an braided brake lines. You can see one of the old 6in ones got all twisted some how. The new ones fit amazing. I had to twist them before tightening to keep them away from the chassis. Finished undercoating the spare tire well and I think it looks stock.

Installed my spare tire, good thing the factory hold down comes with a 3in extension.

Added foam to the hold down to not chew up the rim.
Tried to make the foam jack holder fit but it wouldn't so I wrapped the jack and handle in a rag.

Haven't posted too much as I have been modifying a lot of things not related to the build. On a good note, got my torquw multiplication device back from the machine shop after a 6 month wait. Apparently OBX over tightened the entire differential and warped/ deformed most of the prieces. My machine shop had to machine everything flat, machine the bolts, fix the threads, retro all the holes, countersink all the holes, then machine the case and the differential to get the preload right. I hope this thing stays together.

New axle seals installed.

If anyone is still following this build.

Received my jackshaft in the mail.
Installed a new bearing. Took forever to find the right number so here is a little how to with part number. I also epoxied the trans. Have to fix it, it got real humid and became hazy. Also installed my new slave and had to pay $8.49 for a time slave cylinder bolt from GM.

You have to press the axle out of the old bearing. I used a tie rod end remover. Then you flip the brackets over and pry out the old seal. Under the seal is a c clip that holds the bearing in. Once that is removed you you have to press the old bearing out. Then install all your new stuff.

Found a stock evap line in my collection and it fits the saab manifold so I cut it and extended it with a piece of hose. It bends make it fit perfect and cleans up the ugly hose I had.

Installed the throttle cable bracket. I hope the cables clear the fpr.

Drilled and installed my coolant tube bracket. My old broke broke off. Had to jb weld, drill, and tap it.

Welded a bracket on my turbo for a brace.

Not much of an update been kind of busy.

Picked up a mini mishimoto baffled catch can. I recommend this to anyone as it is very well made!
Ordered 3/8npt to 6an fittings. Company screwed up and only sent 2 instead of 3.
Found a rare set of O.E.M. Aluminum fender braces.

Installed the passenger side fender brace. Took some molding to get it to bolt on, then had to trim the fender bracket and splash shield. I cut a piece of galvanized steel you can see in the first pictures behind the bolts on the right side of the finder brace. I drilled holes through it first then put it on the inside of the frame rail so the bolts for the brace have a stronger clamping area.

Started installing the drivers side O.E.M. Fender brace and realized the door pins were shot. To me two days and 3 door pin kits till I found one that held together. Dealer wanted $260 for the top hinge and $60 for the bottom. That was not happening.

Finally installed my convertible hinges. The shocks are not strong enough to hold the lid up with the 200lb brickyard spoilers I was hoping they were. Maybe with the carbon fiber one they will be.

I had to drill two holes for the hinges. The one hole lined up at a cutout under the package tray. My solution was to weld two nuts to a plate to sandwich the package tray metal to the hinges. Also the hole in the trunk channel I used a bolt with a washer then ac washer with a built in oring so it won't leak. It fits pretty well.
