I have always read to treat a supercharged motor like an NA one that doesn't have breathing issues. So W41's should be great cams.

Because my cover have the same thickness as the stock one

sly we dont know what the problem is.... tyler wichers bought brandon fetter's setup of yours and ran it. he has an m62 setup with a mike md ld9 oversized crank pulley and for some reason his cover was basically sheered down a bunch where the seal sits.

Yes, the pulley "should" fit a stock cover. Since it is the same as the other 9 that were made, and all the other 9 fit the stock cover. I assume it is a stack-up dimension issue. Mine are also the stock offset.

Tyler Wichers setup. My crank pulley and McMoneys timing Cover. My crank pulley is Hard coated so that is why the cover material is the one the is gnarled.

Depending on LD9 block year. There should be .050"-.100" of clearance. This is the same as a stock crank pulley.

That picture makes it look like there was a bolt or something in one of the three holes used for.removing the pulley.

It almost looks like a bolt was threaded into the holes in the pulley and that caused the damage. Not saying it is, just how it appears to me. If he was running a stroker with a reluctor or wheel I would blame that. I can't remember but I know he talked about a 2.5.
