^ and inside the gear where the tower bolts sit...this is where the gear is cut-out on the inside...I'm guessing to clear them? I also need to know the height of the hex bolt 'heads' themselves and some (yes/no) answer to whether we can run low profile tower bolts without any issues. I think that was mostly it.

I would like to, but I'm still waiting for dimensions, but I'm still rotting in a hotel right now....soon will be able to measure myself.

I'm honestly glad somebody else is making some too since the ones I will end up with will be very feature rich and probably pretty spendy due to the additional 'extras' of the gears.

^^ Yea but I was mainly talking about adjusting the gears themselves. How does that work?

Loosen the bolts. Twist the gear around the hub. Tighten the bolts.

mcmoney, how did you go about verifying the tooth profile. Without destroying a chain, which I don't have an old one. I only have a new chain, and don't want to cut it apart to get dimensions. Well, that and I'm still stuck in a hotel and can't get this all done till I'm home anyway. If you don't mind me asking how you got the correct profile.

I take the stock sprocket and I use a Optical comparator to find the right angle of the tooth

Hmm...right tools for the job comes to mind....bastards. Yeah, kinda figured something like you having special tools had to have been the case since looking at the chain...it's not a traditional design(I dont know why I thought it was, pretty obvious it isn't traditional the second I went and pulled it out of the package). I have just about everything done for the gear itself minus the tooth profile.
