By the way you can get a craftsman toolbox in the same color blue as my car but I chose a black one anyway. I idd not know they made one in sunburst orange until you posted about yours. That souds like a cool color though for a toolbox. Whats next grabber green?

So brandon, what day's are you free again? What days do you normally work... gunna try and plan to pick it up a few weeks in advance so it all works out as planned.
I like the blue craftsman chests but I have thought about it and decided if I am going to fork over that kind of cash for a toolbox it is going to red so everyone knows it is craftsman.
Also I really like the griplatch I would have to have that feature.

i have always had good luck with craftsman. and i think its pretty darn cool that it matches my car haha.
The griplatch ones are nice. Mine is just on of the ball bearing ones. I saw the new AXIS or whatever they call it at my local sears and I was not at all impressed.

Thanks guys! It was about $260k......we're trying to get used to the payments...lol. We have been wanting to build a house for a few years and finally were able to financially.

That looks like my parent's neck of the woods tribals... where is that located around? West Omaha? My paren'ts just got done building their new ranch on 173 and Harrison for like $330k, but it's got a 4th car garage and all the bells and whistles. That and my parents are old, hitting 50.

We were gonna build out there in the Palisades subdivison(168th and Cornhusker), but the taxes were a little more with all the new schools out there. We are actually in LaVista.....the subdivision is still pretty empty, but a new house seems to popup every month. Yeah $330K would have been a tad out of our price range....lol.
They waited until the old house was payed off... appraised at 283k because of the pool and finished basement (They bought it without the finished basement). Dad thought the market was @!#$ty so they put the house on the market about 6 months in advance of the new house being finished.... *Murphy stepped in* House sold in 3 days.
They have enjoyed apartment living in Autumn Grove off 156th and Q for the last 5.5 months
Furniture for sale on NESS... must be sold by Friday. 1 Love seat, 1 Chair, 2 end tables, 1 black lamp with reading light... Included are 2 slip covers, Brown for the loveseat and red for the chair. Everything for $200.
