Des Moines help wanted

I was wondering if anyone has ever changed a timing chain tensioner on an Ecotec along with the chain, the chain oiler and the guides? If anyone would be willing to help me replace that would great and would pay you some for helping me also. I have a garage with many fans to work with if it were to get too hot also.
Thank you

If you get really desperate and have a manual of some sort be it alldata or an engine manual I can figure it out I'm sure.

I might keep you in mind I just have to find time in between my full time and my emt-b class for the fire department. lol.
It doesn't look to bad, I've just never opened up an engine yet. I've done a lot of stuff on the outside of the engine tho.
