ive decided to order new axles as well since they are a mere $60 freaking dollars each and BRAND NEW, not remans. no sence in putting my old nasty ones back in with all the brand new suspension components. especially if they are that cheap. only thing that sucks is i gotta have about 1/2 inch of the threads removed on the ends so my center caps will still fit. i did this on my current ones with a freaking angle grinder, turned out ok but not professional. i will take the new ones to my machinist and have them MILLED down.

So what kind of FMU do i need for a m45? I seen on ebay theres different ratios like 12:1 and 10:1...which one would work best?
prolly a 10:1 because you are never going to max it out fuel wise using the tiny m45.
welp guys id say i made out pretty good on black friday. went in with a set dollar amount to spend, came out with $4 leftover.

and a no-name 1/4" drive ratchet with sockets, ratcheting screw driver and cresent wrench set. not a bad deal for $10.
and i had to order the craftsman angle grinder that was on sale because they ran out. i still got the good price though.
spent around $120.

on a side note wahoo!!! i just got a big piece of my zex kit bought. found a used polished bottle on ebay and won it. $97.07 shipped!
now all i need is a few small piece for the purge kit, a main feed line and its pretty much buttoned up. i think ive got $140 in the kit so far. just piecing together used parts here and there.

I have a clutch for the evo now. It is rated to hold 651 ft/lbs of tq Just need to get it put in.
I am going to be trading rims and tires with another evo owner. Trading my 18" Rota SVN rims with 245/40/18 all season tires +600 for some 18" Evo X MR BBS rims with 245/40/18 BFG KDW tires. Both of us have brand new tires and both of our rims are in perfect condition.

Yep the KDW2 is a summer only. The only thing I am worried about is they will not last as long with the lower treadwear rating.
