I just got a new notebook and am getting rid of my desktop...

lol 500 dollars for that .. ill give you 100 bucks. The Appreciation value for a computer goes way way way down.

btw ... what is a OEM Windows XP?? I never knew they made an aftermarket version of it

and yes, some places do sell OEM versions aftermarket, although they are not technically supoosed. but noone cares cuz they make money off the deal.

Thats called 'depreciation'

The DVD burning is only 2 months old, it was $120 new. The USB PCI card is 2 months old, that was $60. CPU was just upgraded about 4 months ago, that was $120 i think. The 5.1 Speaker system and sound card are 2 months old, $200. I think $500 is reasonable asking price... not to mention, it is an asking price, Im open for offers.
