Alright guys.... here's our (Ashly & I) plan...
I have to meet a guy in McHenry, IL which is about 50 miles NW of Chicago. I'm picking up a set of racing seats from him on the way to the bash.
We have to be at the bash in the early afternoon, like 1-3pm.... somewhere in there. Mapquest says it takes 10 hours, so that will probably be pretty close to the right amount of time with all the crap that usually happens in a caravan.
Se we have to leave somewhere around 3-5am Thursday.
Who's going to leave around that time, and wants to ride with us?

im good for 3am that would leave plenty of time for whatever along the way (photos, vidoes, your stop, and who knows what else) and we coudl still get to indy at a decnt tie for check in and get to partying

I agree with Roy...I wanna have time to stop and do some @!#$ on the way down there, and be able to have fun..So leavin earlier would be good...just a suggestion though..

) I have 4th of July weekend off though for any of you that are staying local. Next month, post the times and actual adress a few weeks early (so I can look it up and I'll see if I can get off work). Oh well, there will just be one less car there that you guys can outrun.
I'll be coming along I-90... right thru SD, MN, and WI... then down thru Chicago... but I'll probably be going thru a day early... we're going to a couple of roller coaster parks

I think me and Dave are gonna be makin a stop at Six Flags at some point Damn it Dave take an extra day off so we can leave a day earlier....I definitly dont want to go to six flags hungover......
Ok guys and gals its one week before the bash and we still need a time and meeting place so wheres it gonna be I was thinking if ya wanna meet here or at Dyls and I think we should leave at say 3 am to get there ata decent time..

i have this feeling that i will be driving to indy on zero hours of sleep...but whats new...
dave...i think we should reconsider the time were leaving...i mean u do realize that were getting there a day early....and i think fodder and those guys are leavin at like 10 am...so if we were to wait a few hours we could cruise with them...
its just an idea...otherwise im just gonna get there and go straight to bed...but yeah...anything works i guess...either way its gonna be fun

anyways...yeah im gonna say this right now...im not waking up at 2 am to leave by 3...thats just not gonna happen...i looked it up on map quest and it takes 10 hours to get there...now if we leave at 3 am we would get there by 1pm...which im not sure why we would do that...
anyways...if we left at 6 or 8 am we would be getting there around 4 or 6 pm....which is plenty early to go out and do whatever you would like...plus we would get more people taggin a long with us on the way...even if we got there at 8 pm theres still a @!#$ load of time to go to the bars get organized or whatever you need to do..
thats just my opionion..

plus you have to take into consideration that it's mapquest you're going by for time. when i went up to Eau Claire to get Z-sides from Jason, mapquest had a time of just over 3 hours. well it only took me 2 hours to get there.

Matt I am assuming we will be leaving here around 6- 7 which if it works out as I remeber that would put us in Chicago area around 12-1 ish so anyone that would like to cruise along , which would be cool , could please let us know and well figure out a place and time to meet ya somewhere on the way through which should be off the higway also just so anyone who goes on the caravan if you have a FRS radio im thinkin we should all tune to like channel 5 so you can pick up each other and be able to contact anyone else on the road going near...
