as tempting as getitng smashed and passing out on the couch while cuddling with cannon sounds its not likely. I'm going to Minnesota for a weekend on the lake with bestfriend who I rarely get to see and a couple other firends, your getogther just happens to be that weekend so I will come by but I'm not gonna be there all day and stay the night. Once the sun goes down or were to burnt from being on the lake I / we will head over for the rest of the night

what he's saying is that compared to the few legal fireworks in MN (i.e. sparklers and other such crap), WI has a much larger selection of legal fireworks. hence the better selection that he's talking about.
