$700 to put on a body kit and paint is might just be wishfull thinking... depending on how well the kit fits to begin with anyway. if it doesn't fit very well, that $700 could go all towards just fitting it.

since it's a fiberglass kit, and there's people around the cities that know how to work with fiberglass, there's no way that they'd screw it up beyond repair. have some friends help you put it on the car and fit it up that don't charge you by the hour (other than maybe a 6 pack of beer or something), then get it painted. i don't see any reason to pay someone to put your body kit on your car and pay for it when you can have experienced people help you out.

And I agree with you but my dad said he will not have any part of it meaning I can't use anything at my house to put it on with so that means I'm SOL ... but he is the one who offered to pay for it if I took it some place to have it done sooooo that's what I'm doing and he can pay for it lol I could careless I just want the thing on

well take that $700 that your dad is willing to give ya, say your on your way to get it done. go out to one of the MN guys houses. have them help you put it on. then take it down to be painted. then you should have some extra cash left over too.

lol if my dad would have said that i would have told him go right ahead, sure you could do it your own, like alot of people, but man if they are offering to pay go for it. that way in the small chance that something cracks while putting it on or what not, they are liable not you.

If my dad said he would pay to have my turbo put on I would love it, cutting your block with a sawsaw is not that fun when you keep running out of batterys and the charger is at your freinds house. Oh yeah so far to put your body kit on is double what I paid for my winter beater the 94hyundai scoupe.

lol .... yeah and the sad part is I stopped to look at it today and I don't know how it's going to turn out ... iffy big time but I think I'm going to be really pissed off once I get it back it cracked big time from stress and they fixed it but he said it might crack in the back because there was no real place to mount it but it looks alright it will do for now until I can save up money to have more done to it guess
