I think most all of thge 03 and 04s are that way even without a kit i know mine is and i saw like three other ones the same at the bash..so I dunno if it can be moved and if so it would be very little..

lol .... yeah yeah I have the other bumper sitting in the basement but I don't think ill put it on for a while ... so I'm looking for those 8" lights now lol
well I like the side skirts....
I have the summit front end .... and thanks Darkstars side skirts are my fav on the car also
