Well tonight, I was at my girlfriends house. In a really nice neighborhood. I mean i've lived in the same neighborhood for 15 years until i moved a couple years ago. Well this is seriously the first time i left my doors unlocked, because my subs and amp are not in the car i didn't think any one would want anything especially with eveyrone in the neighborhood and me in the house. Well i come outside to leave and the CD that was in my cd player is on my seat, the Faceplate of my stereo is gone, but the rest of the stereo is still there? i ask my friend who was also there if he was playing a joke on me, He wasn't i look in the back seat and all my CD's are gone, every last one except Senses Fail
So pretty i'm sitting here pretty pissed off, but i need a new deck because i can't go without some sort of sound as i'm driving
. so does anyone got a spare deck they want to sell really cheap?

that really sucks. and they left are really good cd behind (senses fail). i never did understand thiefs. you would think if they're gonna steal @!#$ anyways why take out a cd or two and leave them behind.
have you checked ebay yet for a faceplate for the one you have since all they took was that?

nope not yet, but the cd player i had was junk anyways, it would shut off when it got to loud. I'm pissed that i got my crap stolen. but it doesn't bug me as much, just becuase i know they won't get crap my cd's (most werre burned) and all them were scratch to all hell, and they stole the faceplate so they are getting anything for that. The way i see it, its time for a new cd player, and possibly an Ipod capable one and just by a Ipod. that way i can keep it with me at all times. Half of my CD's i burned to my laptop computer so i can always get those back but some i didn't which sucks. And at least they did leave my favorite CD
why don't you just try and find a face on ebay?
what model of cd palyer is it, i have a face plate laying around my house with no player.

i couldn't even tell you exact model number, it was some JVC headunit that came in my car when i bought the car. I know best buy used to sell it but i dunno if they still do.
most times the face plate off another deck will not work for a deck diff then the one that came with it. at least thats what i was told
take your deck out...look for a model number...then go to ebay...

i might be getting a new deck soon, i am willing to sell my old one. its a jvc. i can show you if i see you at the track on the ninth, or if i runn into you before hand volumeking
