i think you need to keep bitching and keep bitching to more important people. complete BS that they wont fix it especially with cars like mine running around.

damn that really sucks well if i were you id put in a supercharged 3.8l from a pontiac grand prix gtp and then feel the power sticking your ass in your seat

I have a eco motor sitting here........ and the good parts you have, will but it back together.....

(timing chain broke, messed up a couple valves, couple pistons)

Let me know if your interested in it.

as for the 3800 s/c swap. i'd say do it. that is if you don't mind your car sitting a long time.

wow , thats crazy


eco motors are a dime a dozen , you can get a eco motor under 500 with under 30,000 miles on them


hell eco's are alot cheaper than trying to replace a 2.4 twin cam

yea id get one from ebay but its just to hard to trust if its going to work when i get it and what its been through if its just going to blow up again or not

Roy, have you thought about going to a steal waste site and possible trade in your engine and get some cash for it? Might be something to think about. You might get more than you think. As far as the 3800 swap ... im sure you will get an A+ for a final grade in college.

depending on cost of donor car and a few custom pieces im leaning towards the 3800 s/c swap still have to see though
