NUBE

thats how you get rid of the AC.

crank, alt, and ten.

the belt just goes on the other side of the ten. thats how it is on the Team GREEN drag car, and my Z24 that has the W41 in it.

and yes, a IDI can swing both ways.

well thanks for the clarification.

that electric water pump, I heard somewhere and it always kinda of stuck in my head. you would have to make a custom timing chain.......

It's switching to a belt driven set-up. I have a vid of a belt set-up quad if you want to see it.

check it out, electric water pump. those cams must start spinning quick!

thats a serious race mod!

Timing belt.

the Cams will spin "quick" er because of the weight it saves, but its still use's the OE pump.

manta part sell\sold it.

02's sold.

no one wants a Build LG0\W41. fine, i keep it and race it at elk hart.

but, when i say rebuilt, i mean.
(every thing is GM, unless Noted.)

New timing chain,
New Crank Sprocket
+2-2 Cam gears,
New water pump -Not GM, Federal-mogul.
New water pump Bearing
New Water pump bearing retaining snap ring.
Used RP shot peened rods.
New Bearings.
Flat Top 10.5:1 Wisco Pistons.
Re-man 1992 casting "086" head.
all GM gaskets used.
98 UP 2 piece tenthoner.
New timing chain shoe
new timing chain guides,
New GM 1992 LG0 RPO code W41 cams, (not the regrinds everyone else is getting)

But its not worth 2K, (i guess) so ill keep it.

and chris with that belt-drive quad they guy was using an electric water pump (feel like I'm beating a dead horse with the "electric water pump"

you can turn it when the engine is off and cool then engine. like for racing and stuff.

any progress made on the 95 z tune?

your GTZ has a Jack shaft, its so equal length drive shafts can be used.

CavFan1 (the guy running 13's NA with a 95 Quad-4) is making me some Eproms.

for now i'm driving it, as Wed. I pick up a new car.

2K? Hmmmm....I'm liking the way that sounds. So are you or are you not selling the 95? You said that there is no sound deadening? do you still have any of it? Things such as carpeting and the like. Or am I stupid and I just didn't read enough?
