A/C compressor question

Mine's shot. Could I just get a serpentine belt for a non a/c car and put that on the car until I remove all of the a/c components?

Hope is not a plan. Change is not a destination.

You do not need a delete pulley to bypass your A/C compressor on a 2.4 LOL, you just need a different (shorter) belt... iirc Gary (gmanz24) knows wich belt it is by part number.

you should be able to just keep the same belt on. if anything your problem is probably the ac compressor clutch, which if that does not engage then you have no worrys cus the pulley will spin freely.

Yea.. you can just unplug your ac clutch so it doesn't engage and call it a day.
