Im coming from Windsor taking the 401 any one know direction frome the 401 heading east?

Im not exactly sure, i never take any 400's other then 407...
but i know its off of steeles just east of Pine Valley drive..

When I came from Kingston, I took the 401 west to 400, went up to Steeles and on to Weston Rd, then I can't remember the street but I know I found Soundspeed and Racetech in the same area.
